Opportunity Stages
Opportunity stages in Propflo refer to the different stages in the sales or lead management process that a potential customer or lead goes through. These stages allow you to track and manage the progress of leads and deals, from initial contact to closure or loss.
- Go to the 'Setting'
- Under Data Management click on 'Opportunity Stages' icon
- Click on + Add New Stages, a side popup will appear
- In the side popup there will be an option to input the name of the stage in the "STAGE NAME", and then select its color.
- Under + Automation Task and Set priority for the assignee in defined timeline
- Clink On 'Save' to set that stage
- + Automation Stage sets the priority and will move that particular opportunity after that specific timeline gets over. It will then move to the changed stage in this automation.
