Dashboards - Org Level
The Business level dashboards on PropFlo offer a detailed overview of Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, revenue progress, and collections, facilitating efficient financial readiness.
There are three categories in Business Level dashboards on PropFlo:
- Marketing
- Marketing dashboards provide insights into campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion rates based on sources, sub-sources and campaigns.
- Sales
- Sales dashboards track Leads and Opportunities, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- CRM
- CRM dashboards enhance bookings and finance management by monitoring revenue and cost spent.
Together, these dashboards enable a data-driven approach, optimizing operations and driving business growth in the competitive real estate market.
In order for you to take a look at Business-Level dashboards, you need to have access for the same.
After the access rights, please follow the below to access the dashboards:
Marketing Dashboard:
- Click on the 'Business Name' on top right side of the screen.
- Click on 'Marketing' under 'Dashboards' on the left pane.
- There are two reports available under Marketing Dashboard.
- Funnel Overview: Displays the leads & opportunities based on created date & lost reasons based on lost date.
- Marketing Overview: Displays the lead data organized by sources based on created date.
Funnel Overview:
- Select 'Funnel Overview' to view the dashboard accordingly.
Marketing Overview:
- Select 'Marketing Overview' to view the dashboard accordingly.
