How to integrate AI Chatbot and How it works:

In order to integrate the AI Chatbot, you need to train the bot from the 'Marketing - Sales Assistant'. Please follow the steps below to know how to train the bot and use it:

On this page, you will have an option to train the AI Chatbot in two ways:

URL: This will allow you to train your AI Chatbot using URLs of your website. By entering your websites, the AI will read the information in the links to reply accordingly to your customer.
Upload Files: This will allow you to upload multiple documents in DOC, DOCX, PDF upto 10MB. The upload of files will allow the AI to read the information from the files and reply accordingly to your customer.

Please upload the files (or) add the URLs by clicking on the desired option.
Click on 'Train' after adding the URLs or the files.

Once the training is complete, the page will look like below:

Type your question in the Chat box to test the BOT and get the instant replies from the BOT.

Once the steps above are followed, the AI ChatBot is successfully integrated with your website and is ready to use.
